Join Summit Bighorns for an exclusive hunt backed by Dustin Roe in the mountains of West Central Alberta with a bighorn sheep tag in your pocket! Fly to Calgary, Alberta, rent a car, and drive 2 hrs north to Rocky Mountain House where your guide will pick you up the following morning from the hotel. After a 1.5 hour drive from your hotel, you will pack the horses and trail deep into the Rocky Mountains. License and Trophy Sheep tag fees included. Hunter is responsible for transportation to and from Calgary, Alberta; WIN Card, CITIES permit if wolf is harvested; tips; plus 5% General Sales Tax. This is a 12 day fully guided and outfitted, 1x1 hunt, on horseback/foot in some of the best sheep hunting grounds in North America. You will hunt comfortably from wood heated wall tents, eating home cooked meals, riding top quality mountain horses accompanied by an experienced guide and horse wrangler. Backpack tents and Mountain House will be used if spiking out is required. The dates of the hunt are Sept 11-22, 2025 and the hunter can bring an additional guest for $5K. The hunt date may shift by a day or two. This is a great time to be hunting sheep as this is early in the season, conditions are nice and the sheep are actively feeding. There is relatively little to no hunting pressure in the area due to the difficulty of access, so rest assured you won't have to compete for your ram! You may even get a shot at a timberwolf. Hunter’s can choose rifle, bow, crossbow or muzzleloader. All sales are final. No returns will be accepted. Winning bidder authorizes The Pope And Young Club (P&Y) to charge their credit card for the full amount of the winning bid upon close of the auction. Payments will not be accepted from any third parties outside of a successful qualified bidder nor may the responsibility for any transaction be transferred to a third party. Bidders paying with a credit card will be charged a 3% administration fee. A buyer’s premium of 5% will be added to the final bid price of each item sold online.

Live Auction Rules
Auctioneer and staff will decide any disputes regarding the bids during the live auction.
Donors are not allowed to bid on their own donations nor have any agent bid on their behalf. If the Auctioneer recognizes such bidding or is advised of the same he may withdraw any or all items donated by the offender.
Some of the items on the donated hunts may not be included unless specified:
A. Travel expenses to and from destination
B. Hotel and meals before and after the hunt and/or trip
C. Licenses, tags or permits.
D. Trophy dipping, packaging and shipping.
E. Alcoholic Beverages
F. Gratuities
Most hunts, unless otherwise noted, are for the upcoming season. . Special arrangements other than as set forth on the auction list are expressly between the donor and yourself.
Some non-hunt donations will require delivery at your expense. Any firearms that may be included in the auction are subject to all state and federal laws. Transactions for these items will be handled by an approved FFL provider. The FFL provider information will be sent to the winning bidder for completion of transfer.
Payment for auction items may be deductible as business expenses but are not deductible as charitable donations for Federal Income Tax purposes. Please consult your tax advisor and the IRS for more information.

Goods:
All goods in the live auction, silent auction and raffles have been acquired or obtained from third parties. The high bidder acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by P&Y and is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, ammunition, or other items, to secure a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. The goods in the live auction are sold “as is” with all faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of P&Y. P&Y makes no warranties of fitness or merchantability, and expressly disclaims the same. P&Y does not accept any responsibility or liability for any design or use. Any written warranties with respect to the goods delivered to the purchaser are those solely of the manufacturer or their agents, and shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the manufacturer. All firearms obtained for this event will be transferred in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations and adhere to any pertaining FFL regulations.
Services:
All services, hunts or otherwise, in the live auction, silent auction and raffles have been acquired from and are supplied by third parties and contain the same reservation set forth under “GOODS” above. No services in the live auction are to be or will be performed by P&Y. P&Y shall bear no responsibility for the delivery or quality of any of the services or for any loss or damage arising from or related to or connected with the performance or nonperformance of such services. The high bidder further acknowledges that in the event services are purchased, P&Y cannot be responsible or liable for any political unrest or instability that may occur outside the confines of the United States, nor can P&Y be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from. The high bidder further acknowledges that his purchase is final and nonrefundable under any and all circumstances, and that should legal action be required to collect for these services acquired by the high bidder at the auction, P&Y shall be entitled to all reasonable attorney’s fees, costs of court, and interest as provided by law.
P&Y is not responsible for any delays or difficulties in bidding related to internet connectivity, server or any hardware or internet related issues.
A 5% buyer’s premium will be added to the final bid price of each item sold online.
